Initial consultation and treatment typically lasts from 60 to 90 minutes – including time to take a comprehensive case history and carry out a full diagnosis. Follow up sessions usually last 45 to 60 minutes.
A free consultation service can be offered – either by telephone or in the clinic –
in order to establish if and how acupuncture may help you.
Positive change can be expected within 3 treatments. The total number of
treatments required will vary widely depending on the nature and lifetime of your
symptoms (longer term symptoms usually take longer to resolve).
Dependent on your condition, sessions may be recommended at anything from twice-weekly to monthly intervals.
